Our team has a secret guilty pleasure — keeping track of the weirdest and wackiest stock photo searches. With 250 million files in our library, every once in a while we come across some truly bizarre and unique searches or misspellings. As we lift the veil on our search engine, you’ll be surprised by what people are looking for! We’re talking about things like cheeseburger in paradise or sneezing panda. Yes, you read that right.
Our team has been digging through the Depositphotos database, uncovering some truly odd and entertaining searches. There are moments when we think that we’ve seen it all — from a dog dressed in a hotdog costume to a snake in a tie — but then find out someone has been searching for a photo of Jesus doing office work or a squirrel playing piano. Well, we can’t explain it, but we can certainly laugh at it.
And let’s not forget about the typos — it’s amazing what a difference one letter can make. For example, giraffes kissing is a sweet and innocent search, but giraffes hissing takes your imagination to a whole new level. And don’t even get us started on bearfoot woman. We assumed they meant barefoot, but who knows? Maybe there’s a whole subgenre of photos featuring women with bear feet.
