They have introduced diversity and inclusion rights for employees. Celebrities and influencers have fought for women empowerment, while governmental and non-governmental institutions have protected the victims of violence and discrimination. Pantone Color Institute has not stayed aside and introduced a palette that “draws on a mood of fresh activism and resistance to female under-representation”.
The pink shades that have been associated with women for many years sought to be redefined in the second decade of the millennium.
